I have used arnica before but the type you rub on. I had a car accident and the bruises were big and very tender. Using this type of Arnica was wonderful and worked quicker than I expected. It also helped with the pain I was in. I will definitely use this again.

These Arnica tablets made a noticeable difference within a day. I suffered a Grade 2 muscle tear and was dealing with significant pain and discomfort. I bought this to use after surgery, for bruising and inflammation. It definitely helped. The doctor was amazed at how fast I was healing. I was also taking bromelain first thing in the morning - on an empty stomach, it is a natural inflammatory. (If you take bromelain with food, it will act as a digestive aid -still a good thing). I have used arnica before, and it has always worked for me.

I did my second treatment of Morpheus8 yesterday. Took two doses of the arnica Montana pills after the treatment. Woke up this morning with redness in my face & neck subsided significantly.
