How does the jumbo pack fit in the same space as the smaller size? ?

The jumbo cartridge is a litter higher than the regular 14ft pack but fits in the Litter Genie Standard, Plus and Litter Genie XL+ Pail. However, the jumbo pack does not fit in the Litter Genie XL pail or The Litter Genie Easy roll pail.
