I bought these with the intention of using them when I had my next Lupus flare up, which is currently happening so I finally get to drop in and leave a review! The wraps fit well and are pretty comfortable, though I intend to wear at least a sock as a barrier in the future because the cold was almost too intense coming out of the freezer. Obviously, that's a personal preference! I've had a swollen ankle and a few swollen toes all day, and within a few minutes of putting one on, my swelling reduced. They were easy to put on, stayed cold for at least an hour, and didn't take up too much space in the freezer for storage.

Great ice wraps. I have old ankle injuries that give me trouble. I love the convenience of using these wraps to decrease swelling and discomfort, and the design means I can still go about my day. I wish they stayed colder longer (they last about 45 minutes), but still a good value. Very durable. I have used them almost daily for 2 months and they look brand new.

So product is well built and works fine but runs small with straps not giving enough space for swollen ankle. I would say it is more for teenagers or women with smaller ankles. Did not work well for me.

This is a very versatile wrap for ankle pain. I ordered it for its ability to be frozen and wrapped around the ankle but this wrap also has a hot application that can be used in the microwave to heat up the gel substance. When using as a cold application, the wrap is extremely comfortable. It is made of very soft material on the outside, which allows the Velcro to adhere firmly. The inside is also also made of some sort of heavier almost vinyl looking material, but it is very soft as well and comfortable against the skin. I have a larger ankle, but this wrap is fully customizable, and it fits my ankle perfectly. The Velcro holds firmly and securely, and if needed, it supplies compression by tightening the Velcro. This product is useful for so many things. It can be used for new injuries as well as chronic pain such as with plantar fasciitis. You can also use this wrap on other smaller body parts, such as higher up on the calf, the wrist or forearm, according to manufacture suggestions. This product really does help with my ankle pain and is so easy to use. Size: I like the customizable size of this brace. I have a larger ankle so I was concerned that it wouldn’t wrap around comfortably for me, but the product is plenty large enough for a range of sizes. Durability: This product is made of what appears to be very durable material but extremely functional. I like the soft touch of the outside of the brace and also the smoother surface inside that you place against the skin. It is very comfortable and soothing to wear.

I tore my plantar fascia recently, and these ankle ice pack wraps have been a nightly essential ever since. Very easy to use, just pop them in the freezer and wrap them on. The cold therapy really helps keep the swelling down and I’ve noticed a big difference in my discomfort after using them consistently. They’re comfortable, effective, and exactly what I needed during recovery. Highly recommended for anyone dealing with ankle or foot injuries.

These are great and have been super helpful to have on hand when I get off work and my feet are killing me. The Velcro straps fit around my feet and ankles fine, and I'm a size 9 in women's, 7 in men's. They help with the swelling and don't take up much space in my freezer.

Easy to use and helped with swelling, they get very cold. I recommend to use some thin socks under the wraps.
