Review: Excellent pillow - Wow, I didn't expect it to be this good. It's like sleeping on marshmallow. Let it fill up with properly and then it's just magical after. Honestly buy it. It's soft but also supporting. There is a slight cool feeling about it compared to a normal pillow.

The pillow itself is tightly rolled up inside a plastic bag and when you pull it out it rises like it's taking in a very deep breath.. Some might argue that £38 is a lot of money to pay out on a pillow, but when you consider that you spend a third of your life resting on it I would say that it's a worthwhile investment and once you've spent a few nights sleeping on it you'll be kicking yourself for not getting one sooner... **Q: I’ve had the pillow for 1 week now and it still smells. Not a normal smell, is this common with this pillow ?**
A: I have just received this pillow and the smell is really horrible, it have now washed the cover, the pillow out in my back garden trying to get rid of the smell for the last 24 hours and its still shocking, not possible to use this pillow with a really horrible smell. not at all pleased with this pillow and would not recommend

**Q: Is the memory foam latex free?**
A: I think so

**Q: How do I wash this, my cat was sick on it and the page says not machine washable?**
A: Check if your local laundrette have any machines that will take 15lb loads.  If not it was recommended to me to hand wash in the bath and line dry it.

**Q: Could I use my normal duvet cover on this**
A: It is very heavy and I don’t think a cover would stay in the right place. You would be adjusting it all the time.

Nice product if you're looking for a very soft foam. The pillow case is lovely, very well made. The case underneath can not be removed. Once unpacked looks the right size quick enough. It's smell to me it's not so bad, so I would say you would need to way one day, not much, to be able to use it. I personally had other foam pillows and I like them because they are thicker and harder than normal ones. This one is not the case. So if you're looking for a thin pillow, a soft foam, this is the right pillow for you. The foam it's not very hard, for me it's too soft, the pillow becomes thin when you lay on it. I see many people complaining about foam pillows because they are hard, to me, that's the purpose, to support the neck. This pillow doesn't support that much. Maybe you're a woman and like soft and thinner pillows. Maybe this will suit you. It didn't fit me. I had to return mine. But it's not a bad quality product. Quality is good depending on what you're looking for.
