I got these vitamins for my husband as we are TTC. He said the taste is just fine, and they are overall easy to swallow. Excellent product does what it needs to do. Double blind testing and offered at a fair cost.

Overall, this supplement has a great vitamin profile, it’s hard to find multivitamins with only the proven and necessary vitamins/herbs, and Nordic does a great job. The tablets are large but that’s typical given the ingredients. Keep in mind the iodine dosage is fairly high, so consult with your doctor if you’re on thyroid medication.

Very important to note, these vitamins are large and are in a profile that may be difficult to swallow. At least that's the case with me. They may be good vitamins, however, for me they are difficult to swallow and are a choking hazard. Now I know some of you may be questioning "why not just break them in half? Answer: pills and capsules are designed to have an absorption rate. Breaking them in half or more disrupts that rate either making them less effective or harder on your body to digest, thus, possibly causing unwelcome side-affects. For me, there are many other options available.
