Superfine White Rice Flour - 3lb

Best rice flour I’ve found so far. It’s much finer than other rice flours I’ve tried and when cooked right (tip for newbies, hydrate it more and let it sit a bit, or use near boiling water before cooking) it’s nearly as fluffy and smooth as regular flour.

Good for gluten-free baking when you want a finer texture like for bread. This is considerably finer than standard white rice flour. It mixes together well without clumping. It comes in a 3lb size package, so you get enough to use for at least a couple of recipes depending on what you're making. It's a good healthy alternative if you're looking to reduce/remove gluten from your cooking.

This product is excellent and worth the price! Highly recommended! When I encountered an issue recently, I received a fast response from the company and they went above and beyond to meet my needs. How refreshing this is to experience, as great customer service is becoming a growing rarity.

I love this flour for using in gluten free baking. It isn’t gritty. The price is ok. There was an option to purchase a twin pack of superfine white rice flour with superfine brown rice flour which was a great deal. I haven’t seen that option available in a while but keep your eyes open for it. Definitely worth it. This is a very good quality brand.

The flour was slow to be delivered but was happy with the mixing for the mock Better Batter blend flour. Was going to reorder but the delivery charge is almost as much as the product. Should not be a delivery charge with Prime!

I use this superfine flour in my gluten free flour mixes and it truly takes away the common problem in baking gluten free, the gritty texture of some flours. This particular flour was recommended by the author of the book, Nicolle Hunn, and she was spot on with this choice of flours. 2 thumbs up.
