No it is white with paper backing which you remove. So you cannot see through it. It would be used with say a piece of gauze underneath as a dressing over a wound.

It sticks all over the sticky side when the backing has been taken off. Mossy

Is this tape perforated?

It's a tape we used on a regular basis in the hospital where I worked. Yes it is perforated. It's easier to remove to. Does the job.
