Great fountain! Sturdy and works well. Its perfect for one cat and is small so it fits pretty much anywhere. The pump works well, too. It's quiet, has a nice water flow and perfect for the cat who loves to drink from a faucet.

Our cats LOVE this fountain! It's fairly quiet and easy to clean. We reached out to Neareal because the light went out about three months after we purchased the fountain. Their customer service representative, Haley, could not have been more helpful. No questions asked, she immediately shipped a replacement part and followed up to make sure we received it! (In full disclosure, we didn't need that replacement part after all, as the light magically turned back on after we reached out for help!)

This cat water fountain has been a great upgrade from a regular bowl. The stainless steel design feels much more hygienic and easier to clean, and the larger 108 oz capacity means I don’t have to refill it constantly. My cat took to it pretty quickly and definitely seems to be drinking more water, which was the main goal. The water flow is gentle and quiet, so it doesn’t scare pets or become annoying in the background. The only small downside is that you do have to stay on top of cleaning and filter changes to keep it running well. Overall, it’s a reliable, well-made fountain that does exactly what it’s supposed to do.

Great fountain for my cats, quiet and works well. Easier to clean than others. Pump stopped working but Customer Support was excellent to work with. Especially an employee named Haley, who was very helpful and quick to respond. Very pleased with them!

One of the better fountains I have purchased for my fur babies. The cats and dog all use the fountain. Stainless steel is sturdy and easy to clean manually then throw it in the dishwasher. I do rinse the filers frequently to keep water fresh. Runs well and quietly. Filters available online. This one has lasted longest of the fountains I have tried. Prefer the stainless over plastic which tended to crack.

Perfect size, easy to assemble and clean. Very quiet; the window to check water levels is a great feature. Our tabby cat gives it 5 stars- Edited to add: I like it so much I ordered a second. Now all of our fountains are easy to clean, a great size and use the same filters. Our cat favors this over the other fountains we have had previously.

Perfect water fountain for my 14 years old cat. High quality material, size as described, and easy to assemble. The best feature is the fact that you can barely hear the water running. Jackpot!

Amazing fountains! I bought these 3 months ago and wanted to wait until I’ve had them awhile before submitting my honest review. I bought 3 as an upgrade to my Cat It fountains. First of all, I love how these are made from stainless steel. They stay clean and don’t cause feline acne like my plastic fountains did. And they are whisper quiet. I honestly was skeptical about how quiet they would be, but I truly don’t hear them at all! The window lit with the blue light is great as I can see the water level very easily. And it provides a nice night light effect. The fountains are a breeze to clean, taking a few minutes to clean and replace the filters. I am also very pleased with the filters. They do a good job of filtering hair and food particles. And relatively inexpensive. Customer service is awesome! 2 of my fountains came with a different style filter than what I ordered. I contacted the company by email and quickly received a response from Haley. She was quick to send me the correct parts and made everything right. Haley even checked in with me to make sure I received the parts and that everything was working satisfactorily. I can’t say enough positive things about these fountains and customer support!

It’s a little higher than our previous fountain and I think she likes that. She took right to it. It’s quiet and easy to clean. Because it’s stainless steel and no light exposure there’s no constantly checking for any green forming in the reservoir edges. Very easy to change filters as well.

Not the most expensive filter out there, but not the cheapest one either. Neither of my cats really like the fountain (I gave it 3 weeks and only one of them barely drinks from it). The pump is relatively quiet but not “quieter than a whisper” as advertised (I can hear it from the next room over). I make sure to keep the water level full and clean the fountain regularly with a non-scratch sponge. However there are scratches in the stainless steel already! This promotes bacteria to sit in the scratches, as well as this fountain builds water scale quickly. Not satisfied with the $50+ I spent on this purchase. Both of my cats much prefer their still water bowls
