Expect nothing and you will have just that
I bought this product after watching much advertisement on it, and being my knees are problematic with cartilage, listening to these people, doctors, whoever they are, I believed it was possible to rebuild have relief from this constant pain. I have had them for three weeks, wear them except to sleep, and nothing. Absolutely nothing has changed other than visiting the knee clinic yesterday and being told I am having tissue pinched in my knee now, and causing even more limping pain. (Want a copy from the doctor?) So I border on this being even more destructive to the knees, as to being worthless. Now, before you buy, you know.

These work especially for knee joints pain. I used them everyday when walking/standing for long hours at a time.

Originally it took some time to figure out the straps but they work fine. It provides ample support for my knee.

It offered very little relief. Very disappointing.

Provides comfort and SUPPORT!
I’ve tried numerous knee braces but this is the best one. I had knee replacement surgery last year…this brace provides the right amount of support. The Velcro straps are adjustable so you can adjust the degree of support…I’m able to go on long walks . I just ordered another one for my other knee!. It’s comfortable and flexible for range of motion.
