If you want to have a life changing experience, you must buy this bidet seat for your toilet. I never thought I would use or even buy a bidet. I actually bought this for my wife as a birthday gift. I thought she would like it. At first, she didn’t know what to think. After I installed the bidet seat on the toilet and after she used it a few times and got used to the controls on the remote, she loves it. I too used it and I was totally surprised how wonderful of an experience it is now to go to the bathroom. We both feel much cleaner and actually enjoy the full experience. I selected this bidet from all the other bidets for the following reasons: - Lid automatically opens and closes - Pre and post wash cycle to help prevent waste from sticking to the sides of the toilet - Chemically treated water to keep toilet clean - Preheated and continuous warm water set at the desired temperature - Air filtration system that automatically turns on when sitting on the seat and automatically turns off after use - Preheated toilet seat set at desired temperature - Night light that turns on and off automatically - Wand auto clean function before and after use - Easy installation - Four custom presets (Seldom use the presets because we like to move the wand to full back and forward positions for a better clean) - Air dryer automatically turns on at desired temperature and automatically turns off The only drawback I learned is that the lid can get unintentionally damaged if anyone sits or stands on it when it automatically opens. If you have young children at your house, this can be a potential problem. Overall, we absolutely love our experience using this bidet and we think you will too!

Read and watched many reviews of this bidet over the course of a couple years. It's pricy and wanted to see how well it fares over time. About a month ago I finally decided to purchase it due to a bathroom remodel. I have a Toto brand toilet so this Toto bidet had no issues fitting perfectly; however, the hole where the cord and water tube was supposed to go through for a clean look didn't actually fit since the mounting bracket covered it up. It took about 15mins to set it all up, and based on videos i've seen I already knew to move the metal bracket forward a notch so the seat aligns with the toilet. I'm not going to rehash what every review has said about the features, but after experiencing very nice bidets in Japan and in some fine resorts in other countries, this bidet matches or exceeds expectations. Only critique I can say is the controller looks and feels a little cheap. While even lesser models I've used have much more premium controllers, this one seems a little cheap compared to the price, functions, and features of this bidet. Features I personally like: Auto lid And seat opening and closing; house is just the boys now, so this was a lazy mans bonus. That e-water pre-mist I figured was a gimmick but it actually works really well and keeps the bowl cleaner longer (note it doesn't pre-mist upon sitting when you have both lid and seat auto raise- took a bit of googling to find that fine print, but I think it does pre-mist sometime afterwards or we hit the pre-mist button manually). Jets actually have some pressure at the high settings. Cons: I've only had it for about a month, but other than the "look" of the controller, I can't think of any. Maybe a slight gripe is that you can't sit on the seat lid, but that's true for many bidets. Love it so far, has the perfect sleek design, and has a constant temp during prolonged use. Just wish it were cheaper so I could add the same to our other bathrooms.

What can I say? You get what you pay for. I love that Amazon still has free returns on this. We bought a MUCH cheaper one (not on Amazon) that was pure garbage, never worked properly, arrived broken and the manufacturer still would not refund. So we looked into the best bidet seats, and this one rose to the top. We liked it so much we bought a second one for another bathroom. Yes its more expensive than the cheapo ones, but this one has always worked perfectly. TOTO is famous for their bidet seats. The real deal. Very much worth the added cost.

I researched many different companies and styles of bidets. I had my bathroom remodeled, so I had the required outlet placed near the toilet. It has been in for a couple of months and it works amazing. Things i really like about it are the light that shines in the dark to help guide you in the dark, the warm seat, the automatic closing of the seat when you are done. The e-water function is well worth it, the toilet stays so clean. This is the high end bidet but worth the splurge if you are thinking about it. Everyone who has visited my home and used the bathroom has commented on how great it is. As far as installation, I think I could have done it myself but I had a plumber around due to the full bathroom remodel so, he installed it. I read some comments that the remote is a little too complicated, I don't think it is at all complicated. You can make a lot of choices or keep it simple. No one who has used it thought the remote was too difficult. Highly recommend this bidet.

After using Toto (and other brands) of bidet toilets in Japan, I knew I wanted one. I don't know why I waited so long, but finally, it is here and installed. I wanted a toilet seat that has auto lid open and close, auto seat open and close, and auto flush. With an add-on accessory, this S7A seat handles almost everything I want, plus a whole lot more. Programming is a little complicated, and I kept the PDF of the manual on my phone browser (where it still resides). The auto open lid works flawlessly, as does closing the lid before flushing and flushing. I like the bowl light and night light, but need to turn off its beeping. Its cleaning cycles continue through the night unless you turn them off, and they sometimes wake me up. To use the toilet standing up, you have two choices: 1) Set the auto open function to open both the lid and the seat at the same time. This is inconvenient and unusable unless you're a single guy and never want to use the toilet in a seated position. 2) Set the lid to auto open. But then you have to push the Seat Open button. AUTO FLUSH ISSUES After the auto-flush button is installed on the remote control (this comes optionally with the auto flush mechanism), the seat is supposed to know whether you have a single-flush or dual-flush toilet. My button is a single button (single flush), and the Toto Nexus toilet that I installed it on is a single flush. This worked perfectly about two times after I walked away from the standing position. But then the auto flush ceased to work after walking away. I searched the manual for troubleshooting the issue, and found nothing. I contacted Toto and at first, the rep said that auto flush won't work after standing use. Then I talked about what I read on the internet about needing to program the seat for single flush. She then sent me a PDF with the reset procedure, but unfortunately, that didn't work. She said if it didn't work, I'd need to send the seat back for repair, which I don't want to do because of the hassle of uninstalling and reinstalling and shipping. One oddity of the seat is that two rubber grommets hold the bolts that hold the seat to the toilet bowl. This means that there is some play in the seat position, and it's often off-centered. I also experienced this with residential Toto toilet seats in Japan. The bidet works great, with heated water, position adjustment, oscillating option, pulsing option, etc. There is a dryer which I'm too impatient to use. There's also a women's bidet. Overall, I'm very happy with the seat. Recommended!

Hello everyone. If you’re not using a bidet in the water closet you’re still living life in the Middle Ages when using the privy. The Toto S7A is a top of the line bidet with automatic opening seat cover; instant warm water spray; heated seat; advanced hygiene technology and lastly a user presets. Did I mention it also has a warm-air dryer, an automatic air deodorizer, and a soft nightlight for late-night visits. These are extensively used in places like Japan. Something America could emulate for sure! Get one and thank me later!

I’ve been using TOTO toilet for a long years, and this new model, S7A, is a fantastic toilet. It is very easy to clean and all the auto features are very handy. It is a very accommodating toilet system, especially designed for individuals who need assistance and their caregivers.
