長短が選べたらさらによかったです。これをやるには長い、これをやるには短いということになっています。レベル2(負荷重量10kg)を運動をしている子どものリハビリ用に購入しました。運動習慣のない一般女性でも扱いやすいですが、キレイに引き締めるにはレベル1が良さそうです。
