Is this memory foam gel infused or does it mKe you hot while sleeping? Thanks in advance!

It's not gel infused, and I don't use it when sleeping, so I can't answer your question fully. I bought this set for two (2) primary purposes: 1.) My wife underwent foot surgery and needed to keep her foot elevated at night for several weeks afterwards to minimize pain/swelling, so we used some of the pillows for this purpose and they worked wonderfully. They're very configurable, so she could adjust them as/when necessary to relieve discomfort, and they were firm enough to keep her foot elevated throughout the night. 2.) I needed a better way to prop myself up for whenever I read or watch TV for extended periods of time at night in bed, and again, this pillow set works very well for that purpose. They're well made; can be configured in many different ways; and are fairly priced for what you get. I'd rate them 5/5 stars. I can't speak to whether or not they make you hot while sleeping, but I haven't noticed them being excessively warm when I've read for an hour or longer at night and was using them for support. I hope this answer is at least somewhat helpful.

I've bought one for every adult in my family. It needs to come with a comprehensive photo array of its combos (like online); nevertheless, it is So good. I bought this for recovery from an organ removal and it's good. I'm not sure it's better than cheaper options because I bought this one while on pain meds and didn't really look at other options. It's firm and supportive but doesn't stay completely in place once laying on it. It's suppose to be adjustable but pieces sliding unfortunately happens. The leg pieces I thought I would use more to elevate but I ended up having to have my legs wrapped in electric compressive sleeves to prevent clots so my legs couldn't bend while wearing them. The cold pack is great and was used frequently. I still use it just to lounge around while watching TV and seems durable enough to last a couple years.

I had sleep apnea with extremely loud snoring. Wife did not appreciate it. Picked this pillow set up hoping it would assist. Well, not only did it exceed my expectation. I no longer snore at all with the elevated setup. I couldn't believe it. It may work for me, not sure for others. However, it is worth a try. It even help with my lower back problems when I would get up in the morning. It was an unexpected purchase, but I'm glad I did it.
