It works well, I’ve actually seen some results and even lost a few pounds. But let’s be real — don’t expect miracles if you’re not putting in some effort. If you’re not working out or following a decent diet, this won’t do all the work for you. That said, when combined with healthy habits, it’s a great boost. Energy feels better too. Just use it consistently and don’t rely on it alone.

I bought these because I got tire of using the gel and nothing come about it. I use these drops and after about a month taking these, I could clearly see my lab work has improved. I was having issues with my potassium and magnesium levels, so much so that my doctor was going to have me take these enormous pills weekly. I started using these and now I no longer have them. I have a lot more energy without the excessiveness. I also found these drops a lot easier to swallow compared to the pills I was going to have to take. I like I can mix these drops with anything I drink too. While I haven't noticed any appetite suppressant, I have noticed that since this gives me a good amount of energy, I'm not finding myself overeating.
