Seem just fine, well made and "properly" wired IMO...
These seem to be well made and sturdy. Very good value for money: Also, as I hoped, the phone plug tips are wired to pin 2 of the XLR, following typical practice these days. This especially matters if you're connecting to or from a device with an unbalanced input or output, where the ground is directly connected to one of the two signal pins. So here is the wiring (again, as expected): XLR --> Phone plug Pin 1 --> Ground (sleeve) Pin 2 --> Tip (balanced signal "positive") Pin 3 --> Ring (balanced signal "negative") And if you're curious about this, XLR pin 1 is directly connected to the shield on these adapters.

Nicely made connectors
I keep these connectors in my arsenal of cables and connectors for use on stage when I have to create a different end cable for whatever reason. I have not actually used them yet, but I can tell they are made very well.
