This product exceeded my expectations. The jar is wide mouthed making it easy to store and use. It was first used it for strawberry donuts. The bursts of flavor were impressive. Since then, it has been used for muffins and soft serve ice cream with the same favorable results.

I used these tiny freeze dried strawberry pieces to make a slice and bake strawberry cookie at Christmas time. They were lovely and bursting with strawberry flavor! No food coloring was needed to turn them pink and they looked so nice on my Christmas cookies platter.

I really liked this product. Taste was great and I would buy it again. I sprinkled them on ice cream, in yogurt, and just ate them straight out of the jar. I thing could be improved. Keeping them in a zip lock style bag and not just a plain open bag would be better to keep out moisture. After I first used it the pieces clumped together and were sticky. Became chewy not crunchy. Just a thought is all.

I am very happy with this product. When I was ordering I was skeptical as they did not show the nutrition fact pannel I wanted to see the sugar info as many of the competators showed that there was sugar added. I am so happy to show that there is none. This is an authentic product and no added junk. Simply freeze dried strawberry pieces. Do not expect slices as it does say pieces and that is exactly what you get. I am also pleased with the packaging as it is in the plastic jar then sealed with foil and inside the jar the pieces are in a bag to ensure the freshness. They are not the most flavorful strawberries I have ever had, but they will work fine for the cookies I planned to make using them. I would definitely recommend this product.

Disgusting. I ordered pretty straight strawberries from two different companies and these ones were nasty. The other ones were great and tasted wonderful. This one's basically tastes like one of the strawberries you cut open that are out of season and completely white on the inside. Super gross... not even read like the other package I got from the other company. These ones are a brown color as if the strawberries were all bad when they freeze-dried them. There's also tons of incredibly hard pieces that could potentially break a tooth if your teeth are brittle.

We add these to oatmeal, yogurt, cookies, etc. They last almost forever and make foods taste fresh and fruity.

These are tasty but the advertising is very deceptive giving this seller an advantage over other more honest sellers. They show a full to the brim tall jar of product in the listing. But as you will see in my attached photo, the reality is a 2/3 full jar which is much smaller than pictured.

Great flavour, strong strawberry taste that makes me think of a good strawberry jam. Great tossed into my yogurt so far, but I am yet to bake with them. But I really like the strong berry flavour, a good purchase!

These are great. Unlike some of the confused reviewers, I am aware that when you freeze-dry something, it concentrates the flavour. Thus, when you take 90% of the water out of these strawberries, they are naturally going to be sweeter since you have not lost any of the natural sugars. These have small strawberry seeds on them still and you can see they are real strawberries. No sugar has been added; the process makes them taste sweeter. It would be nice if people could think things through logically instead of presuming the worst, and that sugar has been added. It has not. I highly recommend these. Good value when compared to fresh as well. This 6.5 oz bag is the equivalent of 4lb fresh!

My second time to buy this. It tastes good and natural. The pieces are small but good enough to make my Taiwanese marshmallow crackers. You may find it too small if you use it with cereals.
