I bought this item in good faith. Tried it today and it’s truly DISGUSTING - I had one scoof then put the rest down the sink. The Chili flavour hits the back of your throat and you want to vomit!!!!

I play a lot of tennis, and lose a lot of fluid. LMNT helps to avoid losing too much fluid and electrolytes. It helps prevent muscle cramps. I just love the mango chili flavor. Half a package is the right amount for me in a 32 ounce bottle of water.

Pros:-no fizz or popping when opening up your bottle.-1000 mg of sodium just like that makes life so much easier.-no other supplement has a similar portion per satchet.-enough to last 5-9 weeks.Cons:-why is it spicy?-when opening the satchet you'll cough a lot.
