I love that vanilla comes in a pouch—unadulterated by chemicals and alcohol. I’m on an Autoimmune diet and have been negatively affect, in the past, with conventional vanilla extracts. This one works well for me.

Can be used to make your own vanilla for cooking / baking. Wonderful taste. However, not super potent, so the vanilla liquid is not strongly flavored.

I use vanilla bean powder in all my baking. I also pour some into my large bottle of rum and I also add about 10 to 15 vanilla beans inside the bottle of rum and it makes your vanilla extract. I’ve been using it for 40 years that way, and I’ve won awards for my baking. It’s my secret weapon.
