Easy to use and really gets the job done! The bottle holds a good amount of water or whatever you'd like to use. The pump is easy to use with one hand whilst you can hold the discharge nozzle in place or just squeeze to keep it there. The nozzle that goes inside could be a bit longer and a bit wider but it's no biggy. After pumping in the fluid sit on the toilet for ten minutes or so and feel it all come out. Essential for back door play to avoid any embarrassment. Don't forget to use a good lube and clean up is easy. Good value for money, highly recommended over other cleansing methods.

Fantastic for home or travel! The design is very ergonomic. I've tried expensive buckets and enema bags, but they were clumsy and difficult to use. This is by far the way to go. I would prefer the bottle to be glass, but for the price, you can't beat it! I usually use my own small glass jar with warm coffee and it works fine. Use some hydrogen peroxide to keep the hose and attachments clean :) Great product that gets the job done quick and efficiently!

When the torpedo is stuck in the tube this does the job. Works fine.

Some minor complaints, there seem to be some quality control issues with these, judging by other reviews. But both of the ones I got are just fine. They don't feel durable to me, but they will probably last a couple years with care and cleaning. I would like it if the wings you use for leverage to get the pump down were thicker. Some people said that the nozzle wasn't hole-safe, but it was smooth when I put it in. All that being said, this gives you excellent control of the amount of water going in, is less awkward to use than a bulb, won't accidentally pump air into you, goes deep enough to not risk accidentally leaking water out while douching, is travel friendly, and the nozzle is comfortable to insert. I would recommend this for literally anyone that does anal, especially if they are new to douching. Literally the easiest douching I've ever had. *Update after almost 9 months* Still loving this douche. Light fasting, healthy stomach, lube the tip (Water-based gel lube is my preferred), then 5 pumps of just below warm water (close to body temp), empty, repeat until the water comes out clear, wait 5-10 minutes to make sure you don't have any issues, check, and then go at it. Again, I can't recommend this enough for anyone that has trouble with bulb douches or is new to douching in general, because it offers such a superior level of control and convenience over any other style of douche.

...of this identical item from another reseller (Douper maybe?) which lasted 3+ years of home use as well as some travel. That one has started freely leaking from hose inlet and it's all pressed together. New one got sticker and might get more 🤩 ~ This type of tailhole washer really is the best option unless you are fortunate enough to have a dedicated sex bathroom... I mean really... does anyone / everyone have to see the shower hose? Also - Water Pressure 😳😬😳 Further a value for money and portability thing imo ~ NOT kink shaming... just saying. ~ Nicely thick walls on the bottle and a useful length hose though not seriously long - it's simple vinyl type material so a super easy mod if needed. Bottle is marked in mm up to 300 so if you're metric phobic there's that. ~ Very soft tube for... inside... with a rounded tip and a sufficiently wide base... Super Comfortable! ~ Free floating T-shape ring between pump apparatus and bottle moves to provide a nice secure grip at any angle. ~ Recommended by me and voted "works if you need it - doesn't hurt" by the occasionally constipated brats I'm suddenly cohabitating 😎 ~ Cheers from Texas Billy

Easy to understand and use, but there is backflow unless you are constantly pumping. The nozzle leaks, I’m guessing because of pressure, but be prepared to have a towel under the pump before using. Easy to clean and otherwise works, just wish it didn’t make a mess. There should be a hole or tube of some sort.

Great great product and easy to use

Makes for after play or before so much easier. This product helps with constipation on another level, it’s so easy to clean and use and I’ve used so many products like this. Only thing is the hose that attaches to device. Do not remove after attaching that many times because it will stretch out and when u pump water through hose it can detach. But only if u stretch out hose. This is a manual operation so it works by pushing a pump with ur hand there is no battery needed or used. It holds about a water bottle of liquid and the nozzle is very comfortable while administering. It gives added comfort if u apply a lubricant first though.

This product works very well for its intention it is easy to maintain and clean up is a breeze. The assembly of the product is straight forward and it has helped alot. It does not cause any discomfort or pain from when it's been used. I would happily purchase this product again.
