Simply Fit Board Workout DVDs - 21 Day Challenge DVD, Core & Buns DVD, Low Impact DVD

If I was as diligent as I intended to be, this thing could eradicate my lower back pain which is attributed to a weak core. But 6 pack you won’t get unless you do what you already know to do to get a 6 pack. This item is worth the money though cause as a single mom, in school full time and working fulltime, it allows me an easy way to build back core muscles, reshape my waistline and alleviate back pain.

I recently joined Weight Watchers and was looking for an easy, low impact exercise/activity to do. The Simply Fit board has been a lot of fun so far. For my first few uses, I followed the Low Impact Workout DVD. It was super helpful at getting me started with the Fit board. The instructor has a nice, calming voice and has a positive & encouraging vibe. As someone who is not a fan of exercise, I felt this this DVD was an appropriate level for me. It's broken into short chapters/workouts. I felt that I didn't have to do all of them at one sitting. I would do one or two during a time frame. The DVD instructed me on how to stand & use the Simply Fit Board which was very helpful in the beginning. Production on the DVD is professional. Overall, I found the DVD to be a great tool for the Simply Fit Board.

I found this to be misleading as we thought this was the workout board and video set. The wording could be better highlighted that this is the VIDEO ONLY!

I returned this because the after receiving the board I found a DVD attached to it. Also, some of the workouts on the DVD can be found on YouTube. I had only bought it because it came recommended during the purchasing stage.
