From the picture they look like they are self opening and not self closing?** A: I used these on the inside of bifold doors. So the hinge wants to open up flat which in my scenario actually closes the door. If you flip the hinge and mount it it say on a box with a lid, you would need a hook to hold the lid shut because the springs would want to make the door fly open. **Q: What is the distance hole to hole?** A: The hole to hole distance is 25mm. **Q: What is the spring rate in terms of torque per degree of rotation?
