The items is absorbant and good for urine retention problems or a light amount of blood start/end period or someone who has hyperhidrosis and sweats a lot down below. However I will never understand why liners don't make a fit for the average sized woman who isn't a size 10. I am a size 16 plus and as an average sized woman in the UK I have to wear 2 or 3 of these or I get leakage to sides front or back. I suffer from hyperhidrosis, urine retention and so I need them to invent a liner that is like these but longer to cover pants front to back and wider to stop sweat or urine leaking front, back or sides. Still one of the best items I can find though.
