Very convenient. It is so very very very very good!! I used to avoid making uttapams. This has cut the labour in half! Pour. Flip. It’s done. Planning to make malpuas now. Which I again used to think too tedious to make. No longer. Ten stars.

Amazing buy.
Best pan. You can cook anything. The batter doesn’t stick at all. Cleaning it is simple, the size is perfect. I ordered this pan for special occasion but I have been using it every other day, that’s how reliable it is. I just wished they provided a better spatula with it, something with a better torque to flip the stuff.
