Good lightweight option
I ordered a medium (5’6”, 128 lbs) and it fits very well not too loose and not too tight. I chose this one because it was light weight and can be worn summer or winter. It is good quality and a fairly soft but strong fabric. It has a cord and hook in one pocket for extra security for keys. Outside pockets are small for cash, coins and keys. One inside pocket is large enough for a tablet and more, another for phone and or passport. There is a pocket which can secure a ID like a drivers license. There is a pen pocket. Zippers are solid. I usually don’t spend this much money on myself for something like this but the reviews were very good and the product is high quality. Overall I am pleased with the purchase.

Keeps all most important personal items ON my person !
Have had my SCOTTeVEST for 7 months and traveled with it a few times, but also convenient for wearing to outdoor events to keep my hands free. LOVE all the pockets, fits all my necessary items on my person, safe from potential pickpockets, and (Heaven forbid!) IF the plane were to be evacuated, well I am wearing all my essential items without worrying about not being able to evacuate with a bag. My only "complaint"...it does run small and tight, had to return my original choice for a larger size. I love this vest and plan to use it for years to come!

Overall great, but one oddity
I did not want to write a review until I had actually used this. Now have. Three week trip to Europe and wore it every day. Pros: front lower pockets amazingly large and deep. An astonishingly large number of objects fit in these! Inner zip pockets held my cell phone, passport, and tablet. Top front pockets: my left held useful small amount--room for transport cards and the like. The weight distribution was great--my shoulders did not get tired at any point. Easy to pop in the wash on my return. On the other hand . . . (Con forthcoming) the top right zip pocket, which is Scott Vest's sunglasses pocket--I base this on the handy glasses cleaner on a string attached within--is too small! In what universe is this large enough? It is absolutely necessary to keep sunglasses and clear glasses (prescription--these cost a lot) in a case or snaps and breakage are going to happen. By sheer luck I already owned a smaller glasses case that could fit, barely, into the pocket. Snug fit for my sunglasses. (Someone with a larger head/larger glasses might not be able to fit their glasses in at all.) Because of the too tight fit, it meant an elaborate and far-too-long effort to get the case out and then back into the pocket. First, I had to remove my gloves (visited Europe in February, aka winter, aka cold) and then angle the case out at just the right angle, and then reverse the process. Sometimes this required removing the gloves from both hands. Very very annoying and not at all good! The concept--outer pocket, top, is excellent. the application, however, is awful. I got very cross with this. Usually I can change from sun to clear with my gloves on. This is my gripe about this product. Because I was using the vest as an extra luggage, it was stuffed, which was great. It also meant that at no time was I able to zip my coat when wearing the vest. Maybe in a coat two (three?) sizes too big for me it could have worked, but not in a correctly sized coat. Happily for me, while cold, it was not freezing on my trip, so zipping my coat was not a necessity. A large scarf and the vest itself kept my front from getting cold in this arrangement. Sometimes on non-travel to another city days I was able to snap a couple of the coat snaps. Travel days between cities it was not going to happen because more items were in the vest. The vest made me look even bulkier than I am, but whatever. I was a tourist. Not going to look elegant or sleek anyway. I don't think this is going to be flattering on anyone unless they are super-thin and do not put anything in the pockets, which misses the point of the item. You have it to put stuff in, not to look good. At any rate, others might consider a too-large coat when using this vest as that extra piece of luggage. I wish wish wish the glasses pocket was larger! If Scott Vest does take notice of this and make the pocket bigger in future versions, that would be great for future purchasers. At $129 I am not going to be able to afford to purchase another one. This fell under expensive, to me. Can't be buying another one willy-nilly. At $129 I am going to continue to use and continue to be VERY cross about the glasses pocket when traveling in winter. (For warmer weather I have a multi-pocket jacket.) If there had been a lot of sunny days (there were few) on the trip where I had to do the remove/return dance, I would have been very very angry with it. In summation, I am glad I have the vest although the glasses pocket it a MAJOR error. The difficulty with putting the glasses in another pocket (vast lower pockets come to mind) is that all the other stuff in the pockets are likely to fall out while fishing for them. Glasses are something you want separate from your other items so you can get to them quickly--a sudden sunny sky, going into a building, etc. Why purses and handbags often have an outer pocket--at least the ones I purchase do!

Simplified my travel and TSA check-in, love the quality, fit and design
I love this vest! Although I have bought other vests with pockets, most of those pockets could not be secured - no zipper, snap, etc. This is the perfect weight, construction, design, etc for travel and for casual wear. It has a nice, trim, tailored look so I don’t look like I’m going on a safari. It is very comfortable, too. HOWEVER, pay close attention to the sizing chart. Their Large is another brand’s medium. That is a huge difference. However, it’s also easy enough to do and well worth the little bit of time it takes to get the right fit. The vest is pricey, but I haven’t found another brand that is so well suited for travel. For the TSA check-in, I had already emptied my pockets into the various compartments of my vest, all handy, secure, and easy access. All I had to do was put my vest into the tub on the conveyor for x-ray ad stroll through the scanning booth. Very simple.

"Ok" Zipper catches, at this price should have better zippers.
Although the iPad pocket works for walking through the airport and security lines, it doesn't work for sitting, and it's absolutely disastrous if you want to sit on a plane. The iPad pushes to the front and stiffly sticks out, preventing you from using your seatbelt. I liked the pocket with the key fob, but the zipper continuously caught on the tab that is sewn into the pocket to hold the fob, and it requires TWO HANDS TO CLOSE, untangle, then close the zipper. I would give the vest four stars if it were not for the poor zipper. There are a few worthless pockets. The tiny ID pocket, featuring see-through mesh and a velcro closure, is too small for anything but your driver's license. I can't imagine it being worth the effort to use. The chest zipper pockets are adequate for sunglasses (without a case) and a phone. My iPhone 15 Max Pro fits in the phone pocket with some manipulation; most conventionally sized phones should fit. The phone and sunglass pockets are conveniently located, allowing you to access them without needing to open your vest and expose the pockets where you keep your passport or wallet. The SCOTTeVEST 101 was nice to use when sightseeing or shopping through areas of Greece because I didn't need a purse. I sized up based on other people's reviews, and I'm glad I did.

Große zu klein - geschnitten für ein Man, Nichte eine Frau (nicht wie in die Tabelle angegeben). Und dann kein QR Code für die Rücksendung. Schade. Ich hatte mich über ihn gefreut.
