Used this for a few weeks now on blonde highlights - it has worked for me my hair is lighter and feels very soft

Hello, I’ve bought this product which I love, I’ve paid £20 something for it, for it to come damaged. I’m not impressed at all. I would like a replacement sent to me. I always but this product and had no issues.

There is almost no shampoo left in the bottle, and the box has been destroyed by the shampoo. It’s not fair that I cannot get a refund

Unfortunately, my experience with Tionatio shampoo was not the best. The main problem was that the product arrived with the lid open, which is why the contents leaked completely inside the packaging. Since the box that contains the bottle is made of paper, which is already fragile packaging, and the product came only wrapped in bubble wrap, all the liquid ended up spilling out. This raises a major concern: the lack of a seal or any type of seal on the lid leaves us with no guarantee that the product arrived intact or that it did not suffer any changes during transportation. This is a point that deserves more attention from the brand, both in terms of safety and packaging. Despite this setback, delivery was very fast — the order was expected to arrive between the 29th and the 2nd, but I received it on the 26th, ahead of schedule. I was very anxious to test the product, which is exactly why I was so frustrated with the situation. Now I'm waiting for the return label to be sent so I can get a refund and make a new purchase. I hope that, on the next attempt, the product will be properly sealed and packaged with more care, as I am still interested in using it. I suggest that the brand invest in improvements to this process, ensuring greater safety and confidence for the consumer.

My son started using the shampoo and since day one it's noticeable the Diference, brighter,looking healthier . He is natural red hair and works great . Im started using now the shampoo gives great volume .

Sto utilizando questo shampoo da quasi un mese e devo dire che funziona.. ma lascia i capelli troppi secchi.. quindi lo uso una volta alla settimana dopo aver fatto una maschera con olio di cocco..
