My old topper was memory foam and was going done, so I looked through the toppers for a good deep one and found this. It came very quickly. Wrapped tightly into a roll by plastic wrap them packaged. When opened it was a good size and deep 4 " as said. The outer cover is very pretty and can be taken off. This is quite firm but very comfortable.At the moment I am suffering extra pain and am glad I got this. It was the only 4 inch memory foam mattress and it also had 50Kg/m3 density. Anything less than that I felt would lose its memory part sooner.I have now been sleeping on it for a month and my sleep pattern has improved. I do not feel that any part of my body is uncomfortable when lying on it and I drift off to sleep quite quickly. I rate it as a medium mattress but I suspect that the heavier the body the more it will sink in to the memory foam.Compared to other forms of memory foam I think it is good value for money. It was rolled up on delivery and I followed the enclosed instructions and did not sleep on it until the following night.
