I think a lot of people underestimate proper Folate levels, and this is way better than Folic Acid, or Folinic Acid for that matter. Remember, Folic Acid is not Folate, Folic Acid is synthetic and can cause problems, Methylfolate works wonders, at least for me. Make sure you're getting your other B vitamins though, especially B12 (since B12 and Folate work together). I seriously can't recommend this product enough, and after looking into the science behind how Folate works and what all it's involved in (especially Tetrahydrobiopterin synthesis which is involved in neurotransmitter synthesis, and especially when it comes to Cerebral Folate Deficiency), this is one nutrient you absolutely require on a daily basis and other forms of Folate just do not compare, ime. Stick with it though, take it once a day (preferably with food and other B vitamins) and give it at least 2 to 4 months, though i'd recommend to keep it up life-long, ya know?
