I’m constantly nervous. Took these gummies for a month and wow I’ve seen such a big different in how nervous I was on a day to day basis. Just made me so relax and helped me to get a full night sleep in.

These gummies are soft, fruity, and don’t leave an aftertaste. The natural ingredients are appealing as I know them to be relaxing. Measuring the effectiveness of vitamins or supplements can be challenging. Still, after a week or so, I began to feel subtly calmer and more relaxed after taking the two prescribed gummies each evening. I’m coeliac and have to be careful with ingredients, especially fillers in supplements, but these were fine and did not affect my digestion adversely.

The Ingredients are in a tiny font which is near impossible to read, even with magnification. Recommended dose is two gummies per day. Each gummie contains 50 mg L Theanine, 30 mg holy basil dry extract, 40 mg lemon balm dry extract, 30 mg rhondiola root extract, 12 mg vitamin e, 1.4 mg vitamin b6. I cannot see calorie content here. You unscrew the White top and encounter a White Seal. You can puncture this with a Pen and then remove it. You are hit with a fruity smell once you have done this. The Gummies are Soft, Chewy, Smooth, Please to taste, through I cannot put my finger on what the taste is. I think you are meant to take this about an hour before bed. I am not sure where brushing your teeth comes in with this; presumably after you have the Gummies. I try the Gummies, I did feel tired shortly afterwards but I cannot say if that was because it was nearly bed time or if it was the Gummies, but I resisted falling asleep this since I was not in bed yet.

These gummies are very good quality and are very well made. They're a good size, taste nice and are easy to chew. Highly recommend!

The gummies are packaged in a plastic screw top 'jar' labelled with manufacturers' details, usage guide, and ingredients. The sealing membrane under the lid is very tough, and requires cutting to gain entry to the product. The gummies are around 13mm diameter and domed to around 13mm high. They are dark red in colour and quite soft and sticky, they taste of 'red' fruits and are pleasant to eat. The recommended two gummies dose is better taken as two 'servings', not both at once! I have tried this product over the last two weeks, but only when I've had a brain full of thoughts buzzing around in my head at bedtime. They do seem to help quieten down my thoughts, and help me get off to sleep and awake refreshed. This could be because of the ingredients or maybe a 'placebo' effect, I can't say, but something works. In conclusion, pleasant tasting gummies, which I feel should only be used when needed, not all the time. The stated disclosure of 'a one-month trial is insufficient for maximum benefits' seems like giving the manufacturer an excuse if they don't work for you. Overall, a good product priced at £19.90 (when I received mine) I think that the price a little high compared with similar products. 3 out of 5. Lost a point because of price, and a point for the statement regarding benefits of use.

Tastes nice. That's the first thing you notice. Then, of course, there are the ingredients like lemon balm, etc. In terms of the effect, it obviously doesn't put you to sleep immediately; however, I will say that I did get to sleep pretty quickly.
