My dog has been very poorly for the past few weeks with sever stomach problems and had stopped eating resulting in a trip to the vets to find out what was going on as we couldn’t pinpoint anything specific l. He was previously raw fed and had suddenly “gone off” his food so we made the decision to transfer him over to packaged dog food but, as he’s a very fussy boy and has allergies, we had to be careful what to give him. As it happens, the first one we tried didn’t work out but we didn’t realise he was unwell at the time. Having had treatment by the vet, he’s now in the mend and this dog food has been the staple food to help him get his appetite back. We tried him with the broth first and he reluctantly ate a bit as I was hand feeding him but as the medication started to work, he’s now happily eating these chicken jelly pouches without any fuss whereas previously I was literally having to place the food on his tongue. The packets are quite small but they’re the right size for my dog (a JRT) and he’s even eating the one with the vegetables in which I never would have believed if I hadn’t seen it with my own eyes. He’s having 2-3 pouches a day at the moment but once he gets back to being 100% he will have less as it will be mixed with some biscuits. The content of the pouches is really good quality. It looks like you’ve just cooked it and prepared a meal just for him. It’s not sloppy and it has a nice fresh smell which is half the battle won. It looks like it’s from your own home cooked dinner. I will be continuing giving him this food from now as it’s most definitely one of the best ones I’ve bought so far. I can’t comment on any other flavours as he’s not tried them but he likes the chicken jelly variety pack. Seeing him eating again is absolutely the best and I’m so pleased I found this food for him. It’s not the cheapest but I consider it money well spent if you know your dog is very satisfied with his food. My only gripe is I wish they had bigger packs of say 10 but I’ve put this on a repeat subscription from now.m so we will be well stocked. My advice is give it a try as it’s definitely worth it.

I'm sure this is a good product and suits many dogs but my small terrier started scratching like she had fleas. Almost took her to the vet but decided to stop the only thing newly introduced. The scratching stopped. I can feed her this once a week and all ok but more than that the itching starts.

Bought quite a few times. Lovely food, looks and smells home made. Perfect for picky eaters, elderly dogs and those who have mouth/dental issues or who are ill. Great to take to hospital if your dog is having an op - a God send in certain situations for us whilst our dog went through a year of cancer/ops & treatment. A good standby to keep in your cupboard too. Highly recommended.

My dog is so fussy that I almost gave up trying to find a dog food that he'd eat, I came across food and thought let's try this! It's the best thing I've done my dog absolutely loves it, I wish I'd seen this years ago, he loves the chicken and veg and tuna well worth buying I buy 5 boxes of 5 in a box.

My small grand doggy is a very fussy eater,so after he turned his nose up at Ceaser ( he had been eating this for years) i thought id give this a try .It really does look like shredded chicken with some veggies thrown in ,He eats every morsel with a few dog biscuits,Give this a go if ur fur baby is fussy. It is a bit pricer than most dog foods,but worth it .

My dog loves these. I wish they were cheaper but when compared with other makes, they are packed with chicken. I agree with others that they can be hard to get out of the pouch but I find they slide out easily in one piece and can then be cut up rather than trying to break it up in the pouch and then get out.
