I now use this rice panko exclusively. I get very crisp, crunchy results on fish, chicken. I see where some cooks use it to sprinkle on deserts. It’s a delightful upgrade from wheat flower bread crumbs. And this brand is about the best priced. Love it.

It's a great addition to a Celiac Friendly Diet , Meatloaf is amazing with these crunchy little guys. Chicken Fingers are also amazing. All around great Gluten free substitute for just about that calls for bread crumbs. Only downside is the small package size, Would be nice if the offered a Family Or Bulk size.

My kids are such picky eaters and it’s been very hard with chicken and gluten free coating until I found this! This is absolutely delicious for the entire family, gluten fed or not.

Good product, worked as expected. Easy directions, good flavor.

Doesn’t stick to the fish when frying, although I use an egg batter to coat the fish first, maybe I’m doing something wrong, possibly because I fry with avocado oil, but almost all of it comes off while cooking

Makes the food really crispy I love it.

This is a good, light, gluten free panko. My people who eat withe that can eat gluten like it also
