A quick google search will tell you that we do this in our sleep 10-40 times a night to aid in circulation and avoid muscle cramps. When I sleep in my bed I wake up with terrible back pain, or neck pain, or I just don't sleep... I am a side sleeper, so I have tried many different pillows which are supposed to help with this, but they didn't work for me. The pillow cube switched my back pain to neck pain, and others just add to the back and shoulder pain. Many are just not comfortable at all. This one is different. I have slept so much better since purchasing this, even from the first night! I was expecting to have to adjust to this and give it some time, but no, the change was instant! Now let me be clear, this system is a bit much and has some drawbacks. 1.) It is expensive; 2.) It takes up a bunch of space; 3.) It is multiple pieces and looks overwhelming and complicated. Those are all negatives in my book. However, the benefits outweigh the negatives in this case. 1.) It does take up a bunch of space, there is no getting around it. For me it is worse because we only have a queen bed. But there is still room for it. If you have a King sized bed, you will have no problem at all. 2.) Multiple parts and complicated. Totally true, but once you have it on the bed, it goes together and makes sense. It is still a little cumbersome, and it sometimes my arm will get stuck if I don't remember and try to get up too fast, but this one is still worth it because the sleep improvement. And it is comfortable. 3. ) Cost. It does cost a lot! Especially if you have already spent hundreds more (or thousands depending on what else you have tried...) But can you really put a price on waking up without pain? Is there a price too high for a good night sleep? Overall, I think the cost is worth it.
