Purchased the device in October and since then have not used it once because the external mic feature is useless and does not work at all. Any video shoot with an external mic does not have voice. Sent the item to service centre, not sure what repair they did, its still the same issue. Just because of this device, I have purchased 3 MIC (wired and wireless) and still this device does not support anything. Just put it in showpiece so everyday it makes us feel that it was a heavy mistake to go for this device. Dont buy this product at all if you wish to save your money.

This is the worst product I have ever seen from Amazon. Not sure why Amazon is listing this product. Purchased the device in October and since then have not used it once because the external mic feature is useless and does not work at all. Any video shoot with an external mic does not have voice. Sent the item to service centre, not sure what repair they did, its still the same issue. Just because of this device, I have purchased 3 MIC (wired and wireless) and still this device does not support anything. Just put it in showpiece so everyday it makes us feel that it was a heavy mistake to go for this device. Dont buy this product at all if you wish to save your money.
