My doctor recommended Vitamin B complex and I am not a fan of tablets and find that usually the tablets are not pleasant! These are delicious, I do have to keep them out of sight or I would eat the lot! I have found my energy levels have increase with taking them and excellent quality with nutritional information on the packet

B vitamins
These are a pack of vitamin B gummies. My daughter has a lot of health conditions so she takes vitamins recommended by her chiropractor so these are ideal for her. As far as vitamins go, they contain B vitamins and C. They are 1 a day and there are 60 in the pack so you get 2 month supply for £7.99 which is good value. They are in a re-sealable packet, and heasier to take than tablets and capsules.

Disgusting support by Amazon and seller, item arrive with the lid unscrewed and safety seal broken. Amazon do not issue a replacement or refund. For health reason this I’m product is faulty!
