Worth the buy
I ordered this MacBook on Wednesday August 13th. I had issues with my tracking number so I didn’t know whether or not I was gonna receive my package. However I did get it on time. It’s def worth buying. Nothing was wrong with the interior or exterior of the device. It runs smoothly. The only thing as other reviewers have said is it didn’t come with the MagSafe charger. Other than that 5 stars for quality.

Computer is great - accessories aren’t good
Computer works great and level of wear and tear is the same as described. I did not receive the charging cord but did get the block. The charging block is the worst part. The prongs are flimsy and difficult to plug in and it will stop working sometimes.

Worth the money
I spent weeks researching a new laptop before deciding on this model and it’s absolutely perfect. I use it for video and photo editing, writing, and it does everything the Pro can with half of the weight and size - which is perfect for traveling.

Excellent product!
I purchased a MacBook Air and it it wonderful. However, the charging cable has a bad crimp in it and it doesn't seem charge for a long time and if I bump the cable, it stops charging. I have reached out to vendor and have not received any feedback. I really want to give a better rating but since I have not heard back I want others to be careful buying from the vendor if they don't respond. Update (08/07/2024) - I received a message from the vendor stating they would send me an charging cable immediately. I juse received the cable and now I have a fully working product. I am very happy with the this MacBook Air M2 and I am very happy with the service and support I received.

Fantastic M2 MacBook Air
Came exactly as described. There is one notable imperfection on the exterior of the laptop which is minor and otherwise in new condition. MacBook functions flawlessly. Came with charger but I suspect the charger is not a genuine Apple charger.

Very happy with the unit I recieved
The macbook is cosmetically perfect and came with OEM cord and charger. It functions as expected, and the battery only has 16 cycles with 100% capacity remaining. The seller greatly exceeded my expectations with the unit they shipped.

Specific fault
This specific computer was faulty although it said it was refurbished as new. There is a hardware problem with the built in camera. Apple was able to inform me that it was a fault that had been reported to them three months before I purchased the item. It was a difficult and long process but eventually Amazon made good on their guarantee and I got my money back and bought a new computer directly from Apple which is working fine.
