Very bad quality product, before starting to use it, the part that holds one of thegrinding stones just broke whrn adjusting, imposible to use it properly, it also came without all the screws

I was looking for a lower powered wet mill. Description says 2200W, the motor label says 1.5kW, I run it on 15amp breaker. It was outside in in freezing temp and when I tried to start it, the wheel turned slowly. So I had it warmed up, and then it spun quickly, as it says 2800RPM. I need to grind sprouted rye and I used meat grinders for that. Every one of them broke. Now trying this. It is a process of adjustment. Rye does stick, so I use water and oil to get it through.

This is a very well-made machine, but it’s tricky to use. There’s very little instructions with it. It’s difficult to figure out just where to turn the stones for the best contact in grinding the nuts. I’ve been making almond butter. Sometimes it’s real grainy and the auger can pack up and I have to open the Hopper and dig the packed up nuts out. It’s difficult to use this way. You have to be really careful and limit the feed even better yet I started chopping the nuts before I put them in the hopper. that helped. clean up on this machine is very difficult. I take it outside and run hot water from my washer and hose it out with hot water out on the cement. And then I have some fine pipe brushes for scraping out back behind the stones so it works good, but it’s tricky very hard to clean but if you want almond butter, it’s going to do the job.

I have included pictures. First it is a 1500W motor, not 2200W like the description says. It's not made in Switzerland, it's made in China. It shipped with 1 single assembly nut/bolt pair. Worse yet, this "brand new" unit had food staining on the inside and chute marring from previous use. I am in the process of returning it. I was looking forward to this unit and I still need one. I will update this review with my upcoming customer service experience.

My wife seen the tiktok craze for the cheaper peanut butter machines...but when I looked them up literally every single one had horrible reviews...so I thought why waste $60-$70 on something cheap and crappy...put the extra money into something that is a genuine product and this is it! We have made cashew butter and peanut butter and it's been AMAZING!!

We use this to make homemade peanut butter. We use roasted peanuts sometimes it flows good and sometime it gets clogged. There are no instructions on how to clean it.
