Been using Alka-Seltzer for many years. Now the original is hard to find in stores and especially in the large box. Glad we can order it on line as now all I can find in stores are the many variations the maker has branched out creating. The original with aspirin is the best. The effervescence gets it into your system quickly and takes care of business. It's a staple in our home. Love it and always keep it on hand.

The effective tried and true reflux, indigestion pain discomfort. Works almost instantly. Taste is not pleasant but throw it back and revel in the relief.
