I purchased this dock a few months ago. Everything worked great! I did start having a slight issue with the dock having to be unplugged and plugged back in to the power source when I first plugged my computer in. I contacted the readily available support team, and they got back to me in less than 24 hours. Anita emailed me right away with many solutions and helpful tips. A few emails later, once I provided the proper documentation they needed, the company stood behind the warranty as well as the customer satisfaction guarantee and sent me a replacement, upgraded dock. Once I received the new dock, Anita reached back out to me to verify my issues were resolved and all was well. I would highly recommend this product as the use of the item is very easy, it works well with multiple computers in my house, and it has not let me down (besides a minor defect). The dock itself has multiple ports to handle all of your needs. I currently have every port used, and the dock does not hesitate at all!

I began researching for a hub/docking station early 2024. I liked the look and price of this one from TOBENONE. Unsure which was the correct model for my MacBook, I emailed the company. Within one hour of my question, I got a response which included some additional questions to ensure I was recommended the correct product. Within an hour of my response back, a list of four options was given to me, with the links to purchase. I ended up selecting one that worked best for my setup and loved the size, look and functionality of the dock. Fast forward several months... I noticed that the head phone jack, for which I was using for external speakers began not working correctly. Again, I emailed customer service and after a series of question and answered, was shipped a new replacement dock. I can't say enough good things about the interaction and response both before purchasing and after that I have received. Would definitely recommend this company.

I have a 2017 MacBook Pro with an Intel chip, and it works well as plug and play for dual screen functionality. Every now and then I have to unplug and reconnect the connection after the laptop sleeps, but it happens so infrequently that I can't complain

I recently moved back to Mac after 15 years with PCs. After struggling with multiple adapters and converters to connect my dual monitor setup and various peripherals to my MacBook, I finally found the perfect solution with the TobenONE 16-in-2 docking station. The initial setup had a few hiccups as I worked through compatibility issues with my 2nd monitor configurations with the monitor & docking station, but the customer support team was great. They responded quickly to my questions and walked me through each troubleshooting step until everything was working. The device included power supply for my MacBook charged while running everything. One of the biggest things for me is the ease disconnect the docking station when I need to take my Macbook out of the office. This dock is excellent for my home office setup – no more cable swapping or dongles cluttering my desk. plenty of room for all my peripherals, and the 2.5Gbps ethernet connection. The build quality is sturdy. Just know that if you run into any setup questions, their support team will take care of you as it's working seamlessly now.

After posting my initial review, I contacted Amazon because I was unable to reach TobenONE customer service. Amazon support reviewed my Amazon messages and discovered that TobenONE had actually reached out to me back in July to check whether the docking station was working properly and to offer a two-year warranty. Unfortunately, I never received that email at the time. Once I located the original message, I responded—and the experience completely changed. ✔️ They replied immediately ✔️ They offered a refund right away ✔️ They asked thoughtful follow-up questions and requested screenshots of my MacBook Pro and monitor setup so they could help me choose the correct docking station for my studio needs This level of customer service is top-notch, professional, and extremely responsive. While the original docking station did not work properly for my specific setup, I am very impressed with how TobenONE handled the situation once contact was made. Based on this experience, I would absolutely purchase from this seller again and appreciate their willingness to stand behind their products and help customers find the right solution. Thank you, TobenONE, for making this right. ORIGINAL REVIEW: I purchased the TobenONE Docking Station Dual Monitor back in June while setting up a content creation studio in my basement. I use a MacBook Pro with two external monitors, along with multiple peripherals (keyboard, mouse, webcam, microphone, etc.), so I needed a docking station that could handle a full studio setup. Unfortunately, I didn’t start using the dock until November because it took time to finish gathering the rest of my studio equipment. Once I finally put it into use, I was extremely disappointed. For $159, this docking station has been nothing but problems: It does not provide pass-through power to my laptop The USB ports do not work consistently, and some don’t work at all When I connect the second monitor, the screen blinks to black and will not stay connected I was initially encouraged to buy this because many reviews mentioned excellent customer service and replacement units being sent. Sadly, that has not been my experience. I reached out to customer service via email several weeks ago and never received a response. That said, I want to be fair. The design is great: Compact and doesn’t take up much desk space Lots of ports Easy access—no crawling under the desk to plug and unplug devices It’s a real shame that it simply doesn’t work. If it functioned as advertised, this would be an excellent docking station. At this point, I would genuinely be happy to receive a replacement, but the lack of response from customer service only adds to the frustration. I really wanted to love this product—but reliability matters, especially for a professional setup.

Got this dock back in December for it's dual monitor capabilities. It worked perfectly out of the box. My only real gripe with it was the placement of some of the ports. Mainly the SD card slot. It's on the back side of the device, which is pretty inconvenient for me. But not a deal breaker. Also, after 5 months or so, the included power brick completely stopped working, but customer service VERY quickly sent me a new one, no questions asked. Thankful for the great service.
