So my gallbladder is pretty much not working. It’s been this way my entire adult life with so many digestive issues causing me intense stomach attacks in my upper right tummy that radiates into my back. It lasts for HOURS! Thank the Lord Jesus for hydrocodone though. It helps after kicking in TWO HOURS later! finally I went to the doc who gave me a HIDA scan to assess how low functioning my gallbladder is and it’s 7%! They want to remove it and I’m like hell to the NO bc that causes a lot of other “crappy” problems, wink wink. One of the things I’ve done to manage the attacks successfully is take a fiber supplement without fail, every single day AND use a digestive enzyme before my completely unchanged diet! I’m still eating the way I’ve always eaten mind you. Red meat, yes, but first an enzyme. Fried tacos, yes please, just hand me that enzyme! I have lived this way successfully for over twenty years and these three things are of utmost importance…..fiber, hydrocodone for the rare attacks, and absolutely a digestive enzyme!! The food doesnt just sit there in my gut anymore, fermenting, stretching my skin to painful dimensions and doubling me over !! The enzyme start working instantly and I feel the stomach empty in “normal” time frames with no bloating and nausea. So grateful for these capsules but you do need to consume lots of water. Wow, these things really work! I love spicy food but as I've gotten older I started having stomach cramps at night that would keep me awake. Stumbled across these thanks to an AI suggested and now I can eat spicy food again! Still will have some minor discomfort in the morning, and definitely an increase in gassiness, but the bad cramps are gone! Definitely worth it.
