Works well on above ground pool deck.

Works well to keep ladder in place. Would have been better if it were just a smidge sturdier. Nails rust quickly.

This product broke off on both flanges - at the seams where the upper part that goes around handrail meets the deck portion. Don’t waste your money- leaves a sharp medal edge for kids to get cut on when it breaks also.

Working good

Only last one season, separates from the weld. ..had to go with a heavy-duty fencepost flange.

They are good ,but they came and they were the wrong size so I had to return them

The welds broke at the base of the ladder mount.

These flanges are perfect for attaching my above ground pool ladder to my deck stairs that I built. As the flanges are flat based, I had to cut some 12 degree angled blocks to accommodate the angle of the ladder handles. Once I mounted the blocks, the flanges attached and they work perfectly!!!
