Lovely mix of healthy ingredients. I thought that it has a pleasant flavour - although the ginger is noticeable, I thought the mix of flavours is nice as I don’t think it’s overpowered with ginger or any other particular ingredient. I love making a smoothie using this, and mixing with some water, berries, and collagen. Although it is quite pricy, it’s good value overall as you don’t need to use a lot each time (about 2tsp is a serving), so the bag is lasting me quite a while. I would recommend and I’ll be trying the others in their range after this one.

I got excited about these blends for the insulin and extra fibre they all contain (shout out to my PCOS girlies trying to regulate their glucose levels) but I’ve got so much benefit from this. It makes the perfect night time drink mixed with milk or hot water (a slightly fruity hot chocolate thanks to the baobab) so it feels quite indulgent and sneakily healthy! The next morning I feel so much more clear-headed and I have a chronic condition with poor sleep so that is really saying something! Fully recommend this and the cinnamon-y Digestion blend. Both perfect for the festive season as well as all year round. Have also used in porridge which was delish!

I really rate this product. Definitely has given me more clarity and less brain fog. Although the iron levels are one of the key reasons I purchased this. My body is not absorbing supplements well so I thought I'd try this powder to help with my iron deficit. My gut health has also improved. I'm now also using their Moringa powder. I will definitely be reordering so I can cut down on my supplement costs this is a superior product.

I’ve been mixing into my yoghurt or smoothie for a few weeks. Really like the taste and have noticed a definite improvement in my skin and also energy levels in the morning! I love that the product and brand is bcorp and fairwild certified, as it’s good to know the company is sustainable 🫶🏻🌎

Cannot find a good use for this powder. The taste always comes out sour 😕 tried few shakes combo: milk+banana / coconut milk / almond milk WITH TWO tspoons of honey and it is just about drinkable. It is a struggle and a massive shame as the ingredients are great. I will see if their website suggests any other mixes. Green powder is a winner!

Comes in a ground powder. I've used it in coffee and home made waffles. Tastes great

Beautiful packaging but more important, this product has the right formula of highest quality ingredients! I am a label reader and this product is as clean as it gets and bonus that its organic. I added coconut milk, honey, banana, and ice and it was delicious too. Very impressed with this blend!

Smooth powder. Not lumpy. Slightly tangy flavor. Not overpowering. Adds a mild brownish-red tint to foods but not a potent color like beet powder. So far I've added some to my smoothies, oatmeal, chia pudding and pancake/waffle batter. I tried mixing it with water but I didn't like it. Still have a ton of powder left. I'll be mixing it with tofu next. I'm satisfied with the quality of this powder.

I got the energy version of this drink mix. It reminded me of how tang tasted. I liked the ingredients and the quality. I It has a lot of fiber. This is not a protein drink. It mixed easily into my tea, it was a little thick at the bottom. I’m not sure if it gave me more energy because I wasn’t tired when I drank it.

I add this to my coffee. It tastes ok in it, but I wouldn’t drink it by itself. Also it leaves a lot of residue and clumps I your cup. I didn’t like that.
