Tracking your workout when jumping rope can be a tedious process. It is very easy to forget the count you are on when you are in the middle of it. That's why I liked the digital counter on this product. It can count your jumps for you allowing your mind free to wander. There are 4 different functions, but I stay only with the Target mode. From the handle, you can set your target by the hundreds up to 300. But you should be able to set it to higher if done from within the app. All you have to do is just jump. Once you've hit your set target, the handle will vibrate letting you know about it. It's a no brainer. The handle is smooth and the rope itself feels well made. The rotating bear heads and the paw cable lock are cute touches. Setting it up can be a hassle though. Leave the end caps off while you thread the rope into the handles. The handle cover are the bear's mouths and can be pulled open downwards. Once you've set it to your proper length, you can then close the bear mouths, snake them into the bear paws, then cover their end caps. If you're short like me, you may want to consider cutting the extra rope off otherwise you'll end up with around a foot extra. The charging port can be found at the bottom of the handle with the screen. The openings are well designed that you wouldn't think they open up, but they are there. I've been doing around 300 per day to start getting back into my fitness journey and so far, it has been holding up well. The only improvement I can think of is if you are free to adjust the count from the handle itself rather than going into the app. Plus, I would sometimes accidentally press the button while jumping; easily resolved by simply rotating the handle so the button is in a spot between fingers.
