Excellent bag, I transport a gaming laptop and a Microsoft Surface in it, there's room to spare. It's very well padded, and the weather cover seems to work, as I've been in light rain with a few times and haven't notice any intrusion. I wouldnt expect that to be sufficient in super heavy rain, but like will tell. It's also very comfortable to wear, you dont really notice any tugging on your shoulders and the back of it has some very good padding as well. Honestly, this was a solid purchase.

Great bag

At first, i wasn't sure my laptops would fit (neither of my laptops). Images made the bag seem much larger than it turned out to be in person.. thus alternatively I decided to try turning it into a full first & tool-box pack.Honestly, I just did not see that there is in fact a sleeve/ slot for a tablet or tablet-sixe laptop - but that is much smaller than a typical gaming laptop or my 2ndary school laptop.. Behind the tablet sleeve is laptop storing space but with no sleeve i could find. Although, in all fairness, the bag is fairly padded itself creating a secure space for a laptop. I overlooked this entirely upon inspecting the bag initially.just a heads up, If you are looking for BIG backpacks:Images made the bag seem much larger than it turned out to be at first glance...I will admit for its mid-sized stature (compared to other brand bags), this bag is a keeper. Rather than returning it I found an alternate use. I may even switch what I use it for again. This is a decent backpack.

I purchased this backpack because I wanted it. It arrived with a defective zipper on one of the inside pockets. I requested that the item be replaced, as they advertise a lifetime replacement warranty. But in reality, they will replace the item, only refund it. Which is unfortunate because I otherwise like the backpack. However, on principle I will not be reordering, or in fact ordering anything from this company again. I would not recommend doing business with a company that will not back up their own claims, especially on a matter so trivial. I’ll give 2 stars instead of one because the bag itself does seem nice

I bought this bag to haul around my 17.3" forensic laptop and all the cords, specialized equipment, and odds and ends for me to do my job. It works well enough that I am ordering another on Monday for my new forensic laptop.

what I expected from the description and pictures, no disappointments in it as of yet.
