I very much recommend it, as an adult who needs a fidget gadget. I've got a few fidget gadgets now, this one is my favourite and most used. Fits really well, on the second try. I had to replace the first one because I ordered too big but now I've got the right size its.jist right. Really helps me maintain attention. The rotations works fine, both move independently. It's quiet. It'll clink a little if you do it fast or tap it as you do. It'll feel like it's scraping if you press hard. Whilst wearing it, I like to try and hold one band still with a finger then rotate the other with my thumb.

My boy loves this ring as fidgeting thing. Looks good quality as well

Beautiful design but one year later it came apart even though he only used it less thank 20 times (only when going out). It's very disappointing because he really liked the ring....
