I did a lot of research before I purchased this vacuum and repeatedly the reviews and recommendations about this vacuum were good. It does not disappoint; this a great vacuum. The attachments are easy to use. It is small enough to be used on small messes but strong enough to handle larger messes. The suction will pick up heavy debris and fine powdery dust. When turned on the devise is not very loud but still works great. It is easy to clean and doesn’t require bags or filters. Great value for the money. I highly recommend this item and would purchase it again.

The Shark UltraCyclone Pet Pro Plus Cordless Hand Vacuum does a fantastic job picking up cat hair from both the floor and the bed. It’s lightweight, easy to handle, and cleans thoroughly. My only minor gripe is that the battery could last a bit longer, but it’s not a dealbreaker.

Great lil vacuum but it doesn’t have the attachments I was promoted which kinda numbed me out but other than that lil hiccup it’s got great suction and works perfectly for small house hold or even work place related tasks

I use this almost everyday to pickup little messes, kitty litter spills and the odd crumbs that find their way around the kitchen. It charges well, though the charge doesn't last all that long if you use it for an extended period. I would say 15 mins is about the time the light starts blinking to recharge.

This unit works very well, with good reach. It picks up pet hair using rotating flappers instead of brush bristles, making it self-cleaning. Good air flow and dirt/hair pickup, battery life and easy cleaning of the dust cup makes it a great value.

Edit: After a lot of back and forth trying to help the AI email agent understand the problem, the support system sent me a new vacuum and I only had to pay for the shipping. So, I'm adjusting back up to a mid-grade rating. If the replacement works for at least 2 years then we are all set. I will note that the charging issue seems to be a recurring problem on electronics that use USB for charging and I will be avoiding that in the future. ---------------------------------------------- We have another shark vacuum, and that one is great, but this handheld is really bad. The suction was never good, and after 6 months it has just stopped charging. Customer service is run entirely by AI (even the emails), and after explaining the exact problem with the USB-C port on the vacuum, they offered to send another cord. See the video - another cord is definitely not going to help the situation. Bottom line, don't buy it.

Easily the most efficient and useful handheld vacuum I've used. Great suction power, high variety of attachments for different surfaces and crevasses, overall great machine.

This vacuum is very powerful. Suction is great and noise level is not that bad. The crevice tool is great for cat hair and litter. My only reason for giving 4 stars instead of 5 is that it takes along time to recharge.

Lightweight and easy to use with good suction

It works really well, sucks in all dust, dirt. We use it on furniture, window, small areas of the floor occasionally. However, not all brushes are good. Mainly we use the pet brush though we don't have a pet :D Its self-cleaning function prevents it from making the surrounding dirty while vacuum cleaning. Around half a year passed from my purchase and it is still working fine, just became a bit weary.

I did not want to get my big vacuum out for every little mess - this does a great job on stairs, around edges of floor and under cupboards. The attachment is great too - long nozzle one very useful for keyboards.

It has stopped charging and the company said they provide no warranty outside North America. Also its really difficult to get in touch with them, as it can only be done by emails. NOT WORTH IT - TOO COSTLY WITH CHEAP PARTS.

Overall it’s good for it’s price. However, the plug is not an AU plug to charge (something to note). The suction is good for carpet floor, gets most of the husky fur out, though i do have to go over a few times. I wouldn’t say it’s comparable to the dyson upright, but i use it for the stairs and it’s convenient. Yet to see how long this lasts and how long is the battery life per use.
