I’m a pretty skinny guy, so I had to modify the waist belt a bit to fit me. It fits great now, though. I like the way it looks, and it’s easy to use the bag’s straps to squeeze down the stuff inside. This bag is designed to evenly distribute the weight throughout your body, and it does a very good job of that.

This is what a long-haul backpack should be. Not too big, not too small with more physical support (straps etc) than you thought you'd need. The ONLY KNOCK is that the abdominal support system gets in the way when trying to put the backpack on. It gets stuck behind your back causing you to have to pull them forward to wrap around your abdomen. This can cause back issues due to wearing a heavy pack while twisting and turning just to pull forward the abdominal support system. Be mindful of this and do not twist your back just to pull the system forward to the front of your body.
