I sweat a lot when doing any kind of movement (walking, dancing, etc.) Will this product hold up after sweating?

Absolutely not. The wow dream cost does the extra strength was awful

Extra Strength Dream Coat is more moisturizing compared to Dream Coat Supernatural. It is formulated for those who have very thick, dehydrated, curly hair to achieve that smoothness. It will not weigh the hair down. If your hair is on the finer side, Dream Coat Supernatural would be the one to go with.

This can only be used if you blow dry your hair? I generally air dry mine. So I couldn't use this?

Dream Coat Extra Strength is a heat activated product so it does require heat and brush to achieve the results. If you air dry your hair you will not see any results.
