Really impressed with this, lots of functions and easy to use, makes perfect rice. Non-stick inner bowl is good quality. Only issue I have, as I do with all the Cosori appliances I've had, is that you just can't get spares. I would like to have a second inner pot and especially a second inner lid because the silicone seal will inevitably take on smells and I don't really fancy my morning porridge with a discernible whiff of curry (rather nice recipe for curried chickpeas in the accompanying recipe book). Check the dimensions, too, it's a fairly sizeable unit. Having said that, I think this is a good buy, especially if it's on offer.

I've held off reviewing for a few weeks to get some experience with this rice cooker. I've only cooked batches of 1 or 2 cups of rice and only used Tilda white or brown basmati. I've had no problems at all. Every batch has cooked perfectly well and the stay warm also works great with no rice sticking to the base. I always rinse the white rice very well before cooking but don't bother with the brown. I've just used the standard measurements of water per cup of rice without any modification. We have had to modify how we cook but this actually makes things easier and less stressful in the kitchen. We just start the rice an hour or 2 before we need it and then serve it hot once the main food is ready. If it takes an hour for the brown or 40 mins for the white, then this no longer matters. When finished there is no issue with water dripping on the counter from the condensation catcher. Very little water is caught in this. The lid breaks down very easily and just needs a wipe and rinse off. The ceramic-coated cooking bowl also seems to be very well made. This just needs a wipe with some soapy water and cleans off very easily. The other utensils are well-made and designed, and are actually really useful for fluffing and serving the rice with no risk of damaging the bowl. We only use two cups of rice for 4 people so this cooker will cook a huge amount of rice for us. I've seen the problem reviews others have posted and can only say this hasn't been my experience. Maybe some of those were faulty or the design has since been changed? I just wish I hadn't been put off for so long by those reviews now. One of the best things I have bought for the kitchen.

A large capacity, easy to use ,with a premium features and feel, great functionality with easy remove parts for cleaning and consisent heating make sit ideal for rice. Excellent value for money and a strong competitor for premium luxury on counter electric cooker.

This Cosori rice cooker is by far the best one I’ve ever owned. It cooks my jollof rice to perfection every time and really keeps the flavors locked in! I even baked a cake in it, and it came out amazing—no burnt food stuck to the bottom at all. Once you get the hang of how to use it, it’s really easy and reliable. I’m extremely happy with this purchase and would highly recommend it to anyone who loves cooking rice or experimenting with meals.

So COSORI is a company based in California that also has its own base in the UK and other countries. They are becoming more well known in recent times for producing high quality air fryers. This item is along the same lines offering good quality at a more than fair price. There are plenty of similar products from other manufacturers that cost twice as much that are either on par or less good. Pros: It looks way better in person than it does in pictures. The touch screen is extremely high quality with perfect responsiveness and darkens to a single "start" light when in standby. The silicone spatula, ladle, and measuring cup are all must have items and the recipe book is a nice bonus. Cons: No pressure cook option so times are a little slower than they could be with something like a vastly more expensive Ninja. Timers are either pre-set or manual and once they are set they cannot be adjusted "on the fly". Keep warm function means there is no way to set this machine to auto off. Despite some very minor gripes this item does exactly what it says on the tin. I find the longest time (short grain) to work best with medium (like Thai jasmine) as well as short grain and the "Quick" option to work best for long grain rice. 35mins is hardly quick but it's good enough. Soups steamed veg and slow cooked dishes containing ground, cubed, or sliced meats all work well. I have not tried the saute option yet. The unit itself is about the size of an average single drawer air fryer. For what it costs it represents very good value but I wouldn't have minded paying a little extra to iron out one or two of the kinks in that cons list. This said, overall I am very happy and there is no danger of this being a rarely used "gadget". Between this, my air fryer, and microwave there is hardly any use for either stove or hob now.

Has elevated my rice dishes! Love the keep warm function. Great for home made curries and pasta sauces. Non toxic ceramic coated insert is good but would like a stainless steel insert for sauces.

I put off buying a rice cooker for years as so easy to do in a pan, I was wrong this is the best thing I’ve purchased in a long time. I’ve done brown, basmati and jasmine rice in it, perfect first and every time. I’ve done a vegetable rice dish several time's absolutely spot on. Slow cooker function has worked really well every time used. Lentil Dahl was super easy and was spot on. Searing was easy no complaints there. So the rice cooker is functional, easy to use and easy to clean. Would I buy it again, absolutely a no brainer yes I would.

Estoy muy contento con esta olla. La he usado dos veces para cocinar arroz y ha dado muy buenos resultados. Es más grande de lo que imaginaba, pero no demasiado pesada. Es bastante fácil de usar y da muy buenos resultados. La recomiendo ampliamente.

Es grande y muy bonita, fácil de usar, viene todo el material hecho de calidad, viene con un recetario en físico y también digital, venía bien empaquetado con su empaque original, viene con su garantía, todo muy completo, y lo mejor es que puedes cocinar lo que sea, porque es arrocera y vaporera, muy práctica al usarla, me encantó. Volvería a comprar cualquier producto marca Cosori.

This is a great, attractive, little cooker. I have a small space and it fits well. The cooker works well but I was disappointed in the recipe book that came with it. I mean, why didn't it tell me how long to steam eggs for hard boiled! I have to keep guessing and haven't gotten it just right yet. I love the steamer function and it is very easy to clean. I found that this machine has a bit of a learning curve - such as it keeps warm without being told to so I have to remember to shut that off. This was a good price for good quality.

I’m very impressed with this COSORI rice cooker. It’s incredibly easy to use and the rice comes out perfectly fluffy every time. The 10-cup capacity is great for families, and it’s super easy to clean. Definitely a high-quality product and worth the price!
