This timer works perfectly well. We use it over and over. Gets the job done.

While I'd say the toner certainly works well, very easy to install, and the print is crisp, clear & black enough, I still feel "TOTALLY RIPPED OFF" by HP, the Epsons, etc., etc., yada, yada, yada… Tell me that being charged $50 a cartridge, per color including black for a total of $200 PLUS is even close to being a fair transaction? It's not, it's a white color RIP-OFF! Two purchases of ink now cost more then the printer itself. Oh the printer? Well they've cheapened that too. For your hard earned money, your now stuck with a "flatbed" type scanner. Want to copy more then one page? Well grab a cup of coffee and a sandwich because your going to be there awhile.

I highly recommend purchasing the Jo toner cartridges… worth the extra $$ They last longer and the quality is much better Dependable and reliable every time The color quality is better too

This toner cartridge says it has a 1,100 page yield, and so far I've got 1,422 pages from it and it's just now giving me a low toner notice (still printing, just a little light). Yes, it's pricey, but that's the nature of the beast when it comes to toner. You get what you pay for. If you want a good toner yield, splurge for the name brand. It's still more economical than my old ink jet printer that I had to buy ink for every time I turned around because it was dried up before I'd used it up, so really I'm spending less since there's no waste. I switched to toner so that I wouldn't have that problem, and I haven't regretted it one bit.

HP cartridges are expensive. There ... I stated the obvious. Some time back, I tried an after-market compatible or refilled cartridge on an earlier HP color laser printer that we had, and the results were very bad. The cheaper cartridge left streaks on the printed pages and eventually fouled the inside of the printer so badly that we had to discard it. We have been using HP cartridges ever since. Does this mean that all generic cartridges are substandard or problematic? I have no idea, but HP's cartridges have not caused us problems. I do object to their "subscription" model and their efforts to lock printer owners into their cartridges, but this may lead me to explore other printer makers when our present printer needs replacing.

East to install and I love that I can mail back the used one to be recycled.

Doesn't get any better than buying the black cartridge and having it print in black. It is silly to review a printer cartridge but Amazon promised me a joke if I did.
