Use a hair dryer for 5s to open
I read the directions and heated up the folded glue sheet and it opened easily. It has a slight sweet smell to attack pests. At 3pm when the rodents were out, I laid two of them on my roof and secured with roofing nails in front of a squirrel entrance. It’s been 4 days and they aren’t crossing it. My handyman is putting metal flashing over the hole tomorrow. The glue is super sticky! I’m sure if a rodent had stepped on it, he would have not gotten off. The large size of the sticky sheet was what I needed. I had tried 2 different kinds of traps, strobe lights, Critter Ridder, loud noises from a deterrent gadget, and none of that worked. If you get the glue on yourself, remove with Goo Gone. Do not put this where kids or pets can get on it! I’m removing it from the roof as soon as the metal flashing is up so no birds get in it.Update- weeks later-squirrels gone. I re-used the sticky sheets out on my front porch in a large flower pot to catch flying bugs under the porch light. Wow. Hundreds of bugs stuck to it. Thumbs up!

Poor design, Not functional
The media could not be loaded. Trap made of thin cellophane, will not lay flat and almost impossible to open without two people. I will be returning them and found something functional and similar in price at WalmartWhile pulling them apart I ended up with glue all over my hands and the countertop. Messy, unusable

Pets know not to go near them
Just what we need for mice and rats ( no poison at all )

Hard to use
Hard to open. Had to use a heat gun to make the glue easy to open

Not worth the hassle
These seemed like a great idea due to their size. They're folded over for packaging and there's no paper over the glue so you have to pull it the adhesive apart to open it and they don't lay flat at all. They curl up and end up getting stuck to anything near them. Not to mention the ones I did get down dried out after a day. Literally watched the mouse I was trying to catch run right over it. Stick with regular glue boards, or get a professional like I ended up doing.

Doesn't work
I really hoped this project would be awesome, but it simply was horrible! I had trouble trying to get the sheets open, the glue was everywhere even before I opened them... I placed one in a storage room and the next day there was evidence that a critter had been on it and gotten off. Very disappointed.

Exactly as described
These work wonders on those mice that you can't catch because they avoid the smaller trap. They don't see this trap coming because it blends in to being almost invisible.

Find a better product!
Avoid this product! Not on carboard but just a thick plastic, pulling it apart has to be done slowly and then curls and sticks to everything wont lay flat. Acts like cling wrap , you have to use weights to keep it flat on floor
