Tastes great, good source of B12!
I got these for my overseas trip since I didn't want to take the B12 injections I had been using. These worked Great!! Taste was good, dissolved in my mouth quickly and I could really feel the increased energy the days I took these. Very easy to use and packaged well so they were intact even after the long traveling I did. Excellent quality, will for sure buy again for my next trip!

Great for energy
When these melt they got all in my teeth and the after taste is nasty. But they did give me energy.

Confusing flavor. Someone said they were minty but it’s more like a cherry-ish flavor. I hope it works cause I DO NOT want that giant alternative
