Worked well for class lesson
Worked well! Used it in my science class for a lesson. Used 6drops to an ounce of water then swished within mouth for 45 seconds.

Great product
This product works to cut down on sugar cravings. It works.

Very effective
Wow, this stuff really prevents you from craving sugary substances. It also suppresses your appetite. It's helped me do 24 and even 48 hour fasts. With the help of this extract, I have so far lost about 10 pounds a week.

Stopped my cravings
It taste like wood, but just drink water with it and that goes away. It did stop the cravings of me wanting sugar.

Didn't do much for me but may work for someone else. I didn't notice any difference if I was using it or not.

AP Bio teachers... this one!
I bought a box of gynmema tea for the "taste" tab (IYKYK) and luckily tried it at home, it did not work. I panicked, postponed the lab for a day and bought this extract. Can be put in water but since I advertised the lab as a "tea party" we put it in the tea. As long as you swish it fully around your mouth the sweet sensation is definitely cancelled. For me it lasted about 20 minutes. Nice long shelf life on this too, so it will last. For the non-teachers... yes, this works! ;)

Not worth the hype
First off the taste is horrible. Secondly I saw not remarkable change at all. Would not rebuyj.
